Bradley Bonbons is a Lincoln, Nebraska-based artisanal chocolate company built on a foundation of family, creativity, and legacy. Every handcrafted confection we make carries a deeper meaning — because this business was never just about chocolate.

A Name That Lives On

Bradley Bonbons was founded by Josh Bradley in honor of his adoptive father, Thomas Bradley, who passed away from a stroke. Naming the company after his father was Josh's way of ensuring the Bradley name would live on in a big way — infusing every aspect of the business with purpose, love, and lasting legacy.

How It All Started

It began with a simple request. Josh's daughter asked for a Dubai chocolate bar — and that one moment sparked something unexpected: a passion for chocolate-making that Josh couldn't put down. What started as a creative outlet quickly became an obsession, and before long, Josh made the leap to leave his previous career behind and focus entirely on building Bradley Bonbons.

From that first Dubai-style bar — layered with crispy kataifi and creamy pistachio — to signature almond and pistachio bonbons made entirely from scratch, every recipe reflects the care, craftsmanship, and bold creativity at the heart of the brand.
